So - IF you come to our sacrament meeting on July 13, keep in mind this person who (a year later) was sentenced and has to enroll in an anger management class, pay a fine, go to jail, etc.

Seriously, we will be there mainly to renew our convenants and to honor Christ, not us as missionaries. So if you can't do both and have to choose, come to the party! I apologize for the inconvenience of 2 separate days.
I forgot to ask - Can we just do the party?
I also recently heard of a stake president who threatened to cancel any "farewells" that were announced and advertised in their local, small town newspaper, which had been their tradition.
Our stake president will likely be there but he is not one of my "friends" so I'm not concerned.
